Women's Pilates Children and Adult Groups

Monday 8.15pm-9.15pm

The Benefits of Pilates for Women:

• Improve strength, balance & posture
• Relief of lower back and pelvic pain as well as tension in neck and shoulders
• Develop core strength, shoulder stability and alignment preventing muscle imbalance
• Flatter stomach!

Blocks as follows:
• 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January
• 3rd, 10th, 24th February & 2nd March
• 16th, 23rd & 30th March

Cost: Classes are £8 per hour session for Kinloss members and £10 for non-members.
